Discover Srength where I train is having a "Body Composition Challenge" the goal is to see how much body fat you can lose in a 30 day period. Its between me and myself to cut back on calories and exercise more. The Body Pod which is at the university of Minnesota is where we went to get our measurements.The body pod is an egg -like looking contraption which you get into, the machine takes measurements based on the air your body displaces. I know that if I'm "Active" I can have 2008 calories and maintain my weight. Now what I do is up to me. I want to be a lean mean triathlon machine. I'm attempting to cut 500 calories a day and exercise 1 hour a day. This is gonna be tough. Good thing the past weekend was a trial run because I sucked!
